Economic.
With this system, positioning, clamping, tacking, locking,
welding, connecting and releasing you can achieve a core production
time reduced by up to 50% (and more). In addition, a more precise
workpiece. Conventional fixtures, complex and costly, are a
thing of the past. The high cost of storage is eliminated because
all components of the Demmeler 3-D system can be used for every
requirement without modification. The bores of the 3-D work
and welding table are also clamping holes for the new compensating
swing clamp.
With this and the adjustable positioning and locating angles,
every workpiece can be moved and clamped in any direction within
seconds. This excellent system is characterised by its ease
of handling and the colour coding of tools to ensure safety. |
|
Flexible.
The sturdy, high loading-bearing 3-D work and welding table
is machined on all 5 sides with a regular hole grid pattern
(without tapped holes or T-slots). As a result, all workpieces
can be infinitely positioned and clamped by the appropriate
clamping components of the system using the patented positioning
and clamping bolts (PC bolts) on the complete 3-D work and welding
table. Several 3-D tables can be connected directly together
on any of the 5 sides or spacers. This modular system fulfils
a superb and versatile function: Place, fasten and clamp. Its
advantage consists of the large range of applications.
Precise. With this system concept
you can rapidly establish precise and geometric locations for
stops, joints, clamps support surfaces etc. Since each part
to be welded defects in the material or the cut are detected
at an early stage and can be eliminated.
Repetition. When a drawing
is made using the co-ordinates of the grid pattern and the system
components needed, or a photograph of the set-up is taken, identical
work pieces can often be symmetrically clamped.
Ease of maintenance. The 3-D
table only needs a light coating of antispatter agents once
a day to make it insensitive to dirt, scale, spatter and sand.
The cost and quality impact of tack welding and set-up and then
hammering it loose and grinding the table top is eliminated. |
